How do I make my Xbox 360 wireless using a wireless network and a router instead of the expensive Xbox adapter?

I have an Xbox 360 and wireless internet in my building. I do have a Linksys braodband router to use to make my Xbox wireless instead of buying the expensive Xbox wireless adapter. Any help please. Thank you!!
But I do not want to use my laptop.

what is the cheapest way to have wi-fi capability on Xbox 360 WITHOUT buying the expensive adapter?
